Order Processing
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be confirmed upon receipt of payment from your bank or credit card provider. At this stage, your purchase is considered complete. Products will then be shipped based on their availability and logistics processing.

For secure card transactions, you may be required to enter your upi id, card number, expiry date, CVV, and complete authentication via Verified by Visa (VBV) or Mastercard Secure Code (MSC).
Product Pricing
All product prices displayed on ibnbags.com are current and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Tax breakdowns will be included in your invoice.
While we strive for accuracy, there may be instances of pricing errors due to system updates. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are billed at the price prevailing at the time of payment confirmation.
If you’re using an international payment method, your bank’s exchange rate and charges will apply. IBN Bags does not control exchange rates or foreign transaction fees. For queries, please contact your card issuer directly.
Secure Payments
Your transactions on ibnbags.com are protected by SSL encryption to ensure data privacy and security. All payment data is handled securely through our authorized payment gateway partner. We do not store or collect any credit/debit card information on our servers.
Stock Availability
We aim to keep all products listed on our website in stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer you the option to:
- Exchange the item
- Delay the shipment
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in India. Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Within City: 2–3 business days
- Within Region: 3–4 business days
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
- Remote or Special Regions: 7–9 business days
Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, via our logistics partners.
You (or an authorized person at your address) will be required to sign the delivery receipt or invoice upon receiving the order. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damage claims must be reported on the same day of delivery via the Contact Us page. Any damage or shortage should be noted and signed on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary based on product size, volume, packaging, and delivery location. These charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before payment is completed.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if the product is:
- Damaged, or
- Not as per your order
…please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images and a copy of your invoice. Our team will assist with return or exchange instructions.
✅ To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unopened and unused
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Return must be accompanied by a valid invoice and return authorization
📦 Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
❌ No exchanges or refunds will be issued for:
- Products that are opened or used
- Items purchased on sale or promotional discount
Please allow up to 48 hours from the time your return is received by us to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you once your return is complete.
