At IBN Bags, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and secure return and refund process.
Return Eligibility
You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All tags and labels are intact
- The return request is made through your account within the eligible window
Return Window
- You must initiate the return request within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Returns requested beyond this period will not be eligible.
Return Pickup Arrangement
Returns will be arranged by IBN Bags through our trusted logistics partners. Once your return is approved, our team will coordinate the pickup from your registered address.
Please ensure the package is securely packed and ready for collection.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Log in to your My Account section at www.ibnbags.com
- Click on the “Refund” tab
- Select your order and click on “Request Return”
You may also initiate this request from the order details page.
Refund Processing
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (card, net banking, etc.).
- You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund is processed.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased on clearance, sale, or promotion
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error, return shipping is free. For all other returns, standard return fees may apply, which will be communicated to you during the process.
